CITIZEN INQUIRIES – NOT TO EXCEED 30 MINUTES

1. Consider a Resolution consenting to the creation of Municipal Utility District No. 183 an In-City District, located in our western territory out SH 105 W., off Old 105.

2. Consider a Resolution regarding proposed Voluntary Direct Annexation Tracts, briefly descried as 2020-08, MUD 183; 2020-09, Forest Creek Estates; and 2020-10 McKenzie Creek Section 3, which are in the City of Conroe’s ETJ; Direct staff to move forward to gather data, develop service agreements, offer Development Agreements on any qualified properties, set and hold Public Hearings, and to take any other action that may be necessary to prepare for the final annexation.

3. Consider staff requests for an annual expenditure of $225,000 to Arsenal Advertising, LLC for blanket advertising throughout the year.

4. Consider request for approval of the establishment of a program utilizing General Funds for grants to the Arts Organizations.

5. Consider the purchase of Fixed Route and ADA Paratransit vehicles.

6. Award the Sanitary Sewer Rehab Project #CT6935BG3 for the CDBG-DR Block Grant Number B-17-DM-48-0001.

7. Recess Open Meeting in order to conduct a Public Hearing for a request for a partial abandonment of the Brass Nail Road 40-foot right-of-way. Conduct hearing and receive comments Reconvene Open Meeting

8. Consider a request for a partial abandonment of the Brass Nail Road 40-foot right-of way.

9. Consider action to Award Solicitation No. 0820-2020 Transit Consulting Services.

10. Award the Alligator Creek Master Drainage Study to Halff.

11. Fourth amendment to the City’s Operating Budget for FY 19-20.

12. Fourth amendment to the City’s Capital Improvement Program Budget for FY 19-20.

13. Consider Boundary Modification Agreement between Conroe CS Texas Holdings, LP, and the City of Conroe.

14. Consider an Ordinance authorizing the Issuance of the City of Conroe, Texas Limited Tax Refunding Bonds, Series 2020; authorizing a Pricing Officer to approve the amount, the interest rates, price, redemption provisions and terms thereof and certain other procedures and provisions related thereto; and containing other matters related thereto.

15. Consider a Resolution authorizing Publication of Notice of Intention to Issue City of Conroe, Texas Certificates of Obligation, Series 2020B, for the design, acquisition, construction, and improvement of certain public works, and authorizing certain other matters relating thereto.

16. Consider approval of a Resolution authorizing Publication of Notice of Intention to Issue City of Conroe, Texas Certificates of Obligation, Series 2020C, for the design, acquisition, construction, and improvement of certain public works, and authorizing certain other matters relating thereto.
