CALL TO ORDER
A. Discuss a Resolution consenting to the creation of Municipal Utility District No. 183 an In-City District, located in our western territory out SH 105 W., off Old 105.
B. Discuss a Resolution regarding proposed Voluntary Direct Annexation Tracts, briefly descried as 2020-08, MUD 183; 2020-09, Forest Creek Estates; and 2020-10 McKenzie Creek Section 3, which are in the City of Conroe’s ETJ; Direct staff to move forward to gather data, develop service agreements, offer Development Agreements on any qualified properties, set and hold Public Hearings, and to take any other action that may be necessary to prepare for the final annexation.
C. Discuss staff requests for an annual expenditure of $72,650 for groundskeeping at the Industrial Park.
D. Discuss staff requests for an annual expenditure of $225,000 to Arsenal Advertising, LLC for blanket advertising throughout the year.
E. Discuss request for approval of the establishment of a program utilizing General Funds for grants to the Arts Organizations.
F. Discuss request for a loan of $326,000 by the Crighton Foundation to cover historic restoration.
G. Discuss the purchase of Fixed Route and ADA Paratransit vehicles.
H. Discuss awarding the Sanitary Sewer Rehab Project #CT6935BG3 for the CDBG-DR Block Grant Number B-17-DM-48-0001.
I. Discuss a request for a partial abandonment of the Brass Nail Road 40-foot right-of-way.
J. Discuss awarding Solicitation No. 0820-2020 Transit Consulting Services.
K. Discuss awarding the Alligator Creek Master Drainage Study to Halff.
