CALL TO ORDER
CITIZEN INQUIRIES – NOT TO EXCEED 30 MINUTES Citizen inquiries are limited to 3 minutes per person. Preference is given to speakers addressing agenda items. Responses are limited to a recitation of existing policy or a statement of specific factual information given in response to the inquiry. Any deliberation or decision by Council shall be limited to a proposal to place the subject on the agenda of a future meeting.
1. Discuss and consider proposed Fiscal Year 2020-2021 Operating Budget and Capital Improvement Budget.
2. Set Public Hearing for the FY 2020-21 Operating Budget.
3. June 2020 Monthly Financial Summary Report.
4. Discuss and consider contract proposal from Avinext for audio/visual equipment purchase/installation in new police firearms training building.
5. Discuss and consider the Montgomery County Emergency Communication District Operating Budget for Fiscal Year 2021.
6. Discuss and consider a Resolution authorizing 40 hours of paid pandemic leave for certain employees required to maintain regular work schedule during the skeleton crew work period imposed in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
7. Discuss and consider a request for the release of a 20-foot wide drainage easement located in and dedicated by the Lake Conroe Business Park Section 2 Plat.
