Discuss and consider a Resolution adopting the CDBG new Five Year Consolidated Plan, 2020 thru 2024 and the 2020 CDBG Annual Action Plan, and authorizing the Mayor to sign all documents for transmittal to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and for the acceptance and implementation of the grant.

Discuss and consider a Resolution authorizing amendments to the CDBG Citizen Participation Plan, allowing for virtual meetings, including telephone conference calling, and video communications both for the CDBG Advisory Board Members and the Public; and the shortening of the public comment period when necessary.

20 . Discuss and consider passage of second reading of Commercial Solid Waste Franchise approval for Sprint Waste Services.
21 Discuss and consider a Resolution authorizing publication of Notice of Intention to Issue City of Conroe, Texas Certificates of Obligation, Series 2020A, for the purchase of property from Conroe Independent School District, and authorizing certain other matters relating thereto.

22. Discuss and consider a Resolution authorizing closing on the purchase of approximately 11.17 acres of improved property located at 601 W. Lewis Street in accordance with the contract terms stated in that certain contract dated March 17, 2020 made between the City of Conroe and the Conroe Independent School District and approving a Lease Back Agreement allowing CISD to continue occupancy in accordance with the terms of the purchase contract and authorizing the Mayor and/or Mayor Pro Tem to execute and deliver all required documents and authorizing payment of the purchase price and related expenses in accordance with the contract.
