Consider and adopt a Resolution consenting to the request of Montgomery County Municipal Utility District No. 111 for municipal consent to incorporate three tracts of land described as 312.689 acres of land, (Tract 1); 134.028 acres of land, (Tract 2); and 1.073 acres of land, (Tract 3) into the boundaries of the District.
Consider and approve a Resolution supporting special legislation providing for Montgomery County Utility District No. 111, a Utility District located within the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the City, to hold the authority for road projects within the boundaries of the District.
Consider and adopt a Resolution consenting to the request of Montgomery County Municipal Utility District No. 106 for municipal consent to incorporate 154.06 acres of land into the boundaries of the District.

Consider and approve a Development Agreement pursuant to Texas Local Government Code, Section 43.035 between the City and Raymond J. Banning, owner, whereby, the City agrees to defer the annexation of 11.85 acres in the Mary Corner Survey, Abstract No. 9, Montgomery County, Texas, more particularly described in the metes and bounds. Said property will continue to hold the City of Conroe extraterritorial property status and is subject to the terms and conditions of said agreement, which places certain restrictions upon the property.
Consider and accept a Special Warranty Deed from Municipal Utility District No. 95 deeding to the City a certain tract of land for the purpose of constructing a wastewater lift station and/or other infrastructure improvements to be owned and operated by the City.
Consider a Resolution regarding two proposed annexations parcels of land for the 2014 cycle, which are City ETJ parcels, and are briefly described as: 1) 2014-08, I-45 West Territories and 2) 2014-09, MUD 138 Additional Acreage; and direct staff to develop Service Plans, set and hold Public Hearings, and/or take other actions that may be necessary to prepare for final annexation of the proposed parcels.
