Consider and approve an amendment to a Digital Billboard Conversion Agreement between the City and SIGNAD, LTD.
Consider and adopt a Resolution consenting to the request of Montgomery County Municipal Utility district No. 138 for municipal consent to incorporate 24.429 acres of land into the District.
Consider and adopt a Resolution consenting to the request of Montgomery County Municipal Utility district No. 132 for municipal consent to incorporate 111.419 acres of land into the District.
Consider Resolution approving proposed facilities expansion by the Montgomery County Central Appraisal District.
Review of Schedule of Events and consideration and approval of a Resolution authorizing publication of Notice of Intention to Issue Certificates of Obligation.
Set Public Hearing on the FY 2014-15 Operating Budget.
