Discuss and consider approving a penalty of $2,000 for unlicensed plumber, electrician, air conditioning/heating/mechanical contractor or other trade professional operating within the City without the required license for the respective trade as required by City Ordinance, the International Trade Codes respective to each trade and/or state law and previously adopted by the City.
Discuss and consider approving a penalty starting at $500 and increasing in $500 increments with each violation to a maximum of $2,000 per contractor or business for construction, electrical, plumbing, mechanical work or other building or trade professional work being performed within the City without the required and current permit as required by City Ordinance.
Discuss and consider approving a variance and/or exception and/or mitigation to Chapter 102, Vegetation, of the City Code of Ordinances for the new Streater-Smith dealership for various reasons, thereby allowing the project to move forward.
Consider and adopt a Resolution consenting to the request of Montgomery County Utility District No. 132 for municipal consent to incorporate 109.462 acres of land into the District.
