CITIZEN INQUIRIES – NOT TO EXCEED 30 MINUTES Citizen inquiries are limited to 3 minutes per person, three speakers to a subject. Preference is given to speakers addressing agenda items. Responses are limited to a recitation of existing policy or a statement of specific factual information given in response to the inquiry. Any deliberation or decision by Council shall be limited to a proposal to place the subject on the agenda of a future meeting.

Consider engineering contract for traffic signal design with Kimley-Horn as outlined in the professional services proposals.

6. Ordinance denying rate increase requested by Entergy Texas, Inc. filed on September 25, 2013 and setting just and reasonable rates for service by Entergy Texas, Inc. within the municipal limits of Conroe, Texas. Item 6 was deferred 7. Tax abatement agreement with Gearn Offshore, Inc.
Action on Conroe CAN code enforcement initiative and approve increasing the focus area primarily known locally as Uptown.
Award bid for Chevrolet Caprice police vehicle equipment package.
Change Order for alternative additional services to the new police services facility.
Bid award for water slide for the Oscar Johnson, Jr. Community Center.
Consider a proposal for accelerating roadway priority and attaining a Letter of No Prejudice for pedestrian access improvements.
Approve amendments of Appendix D, Section D107 of 2009 International Fire code.
Amend City Ordinance to reflect an increase in garbage rates.
