Citizen inquiries are limited to 3 minutes per person, three speakers to a subject. Preference is given to speakers addressing agenda items. Responses are limited to a recitation of existing policy or a statement of specific factual information given in response to the inquiry. Accept resignation of Director of Human Resources and approve severance benefits in accordance with contract of employment.
9.Interlocal Fleet Services Agreement. 10. Ordinance approving a Request for Consent to Transfer of Policy by CIFG Assurance North American to Assured Guarantee Corporation of several of the city’s bond insurance policies.
