Discuss and consider an amendment to Chapter 102, Vegetation, of the City of Conroe Code of Ordinances, thereby extending the minimum tree canopy requirements to residential development and providing for penalties for the violation of said Ordinance.

Discuss and consider an amendment to Chapter 14, Section 14-38, Building and Building Regulations, of the City of Conroe Code of Ordinances, relating to the Commercial and Residential Building Permit and Inspection Fees, and providing for an Investigative/Reinstatement Fee for work done without a license, where a licensed Trade Professional is required, and/or work done without a permit from the City of Conroe for said work.
