Consider and approve a development Agreement between the City and Richard J. Lindley, Jr. regarding deferred annexation of 33.18 acres of land in the F. K. Henderson Survey and 4.406 acres of land in the F. K. Henderson Survey.
Consider an Ordinance for the immediate annexation of Parcel 2013-01 which includes Camp Strake as presented in Council Workshop on December 12, 2013 and at Public Hearings held on June 12, and 13, 2013.
Recess Open Meeting in order to conduct Closed Executive Session pursuant to Texas Government Code Chapter 551.072 relating to: ? Acquisition of right-of-way for Anderson Road Project Reconvene Open Meeting.
