Discussion and consideration of the proposed conclusion of the annexation of Parcel 2012-01 which includes Longmire on Lake Conroe and was placed in the City’s 3-Year Annexation Plan by the Council in 2009; direct staff to take other actions that may be necessary to conclude the annexation process for this parcel of land.
Interlocal Agreement with The Woodlands Township on coordination of transitrelated activities for the Conroe/Woodlands Large Urbanized Area.
Resolution authorizing the Mayor to accept donation deed conveying 25 acres of conservation land and to grant conservation easement on such property to Bayou Land Conservancy.
Executive Session N. Consultation with City Attorney concerning pending litigation with French Quarter VIII, LLC. O. Closed session deliberation for purchase of right-of-way for Anderson Crossing Roadway. RECESS
