Consider and approve an Ordinance to amend the City’s Code of Ordinances, Sec. 14-61 through Sec. 14-80 International Residential Code Adopted; adopting the 2009 International Residential Code for One-and-Two Family Dwellings (IRC) as promulgated by the International Code Council in the 2009 Edition as the City of Conroe’s Official Residential Building Code, subject to any amendments by the City, effective for the City of Conroe, January 01, 2013
Consider and approve an Ordinance to amend the City’s Code of Ordinances, Sec. 14-81 through Sec. 14-89 International Building Code Adopted; to adopt the 2009 International Building Code (IBC) as promulgated by the International Code Council in the 2009 Edition as the City of Conroe’s Official Building Code, subject to any amendments by the City, effective for the City of Conroe, January 01, 2013.
Consider and approve an Ordinance to amend the City’s Code of Ordinances, Sec. 30-61 through Sec. 30-62 International Fire Code adopted; to adopt the 2009 International Fire Code (IFC) as promulgated by the International Code Council in the 2009 Edition as the City of Conroe’s official fire code, subject to any amendments by the City, effective for the City of Conroe January 01, 2013.

Amendment to agreement with International Bank of Commerce for right-of-way donation and construction of Plantation Drive and Drennan Road.
