Workshop Resolution authorizing the Mayor to accept donation deed conveying 25 acres of conservation land and to grant conservation easement of such property to Bayou Land Conservancy.
Workshop Consider and approve a Resolution directing staff to develop a Service Plan, to set and hold Public Hearings and to take other actions in preparation of the immediate annexation of Parcel 2012-02 which includes Camp Strake and adjoining properties
Workshop Approve moving forward with the proposed conclusion process of the annexation of Parcel 2012-01 which includes Longmire on Lake Conroe and was placed in the City’s 3-Year Annexation Plan by the Council in 2009; direct staff to take other actions that may be necessary to conclude the annexation process for this parcel of land.
