7. Discuss and Consider an Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Conroe, Texas, amending Chapter 94, Subdivisions, Section 94-255, Unit Developments, of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Conroe, Texas, to establish a maximum residential density of six (6) dwelling units per gross acre; providing for renumbering of an existing subsection; providing for repeal of conflicting ordinances; providing for severability; and providing an effective date.
