Discuss and Consider a Resolution authorizing the acquisition of a water system and a wastewater system pursuant to the terms of purchase agreements among certain subsidiaries of Mid-South Electric Cooperative Association and the City of Conroe, Texas; authorizing the proceedings to issue and sell City of Conroe, Texas water and sewer system revenue bonds to pay the purchase price thereof; including the preparation of financing and offering documents; and making other provisions regarding such bonds, and matters incident thereto.
