Recess Open Meeting in order to conduct Closed Executive Session for consultation with attorney to receive legal advice concerning the following threatened, contemplated or pending claims and litigation, and to deliberate other matters as authorized by Texas Government Code Chapter 551 relating to: 1. *Private consultation with Interim City Attorney to seek advice concerning pending or contemplated litigation. (Sec. 551.071) *Deliberation concerning the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property, to include but not limited to MSEC, Inc. Water & Wastewater Assets. (Sec. 551.072) *Personnel Matters to include but not limited to Interim City Administrator. Discuss and Consider possible action adopting a policy requiring that all variances, waivers, exceptions, administrative deviations, alternate compliance requests, and similar requests for relief from any City Ordinance, Regulation, Standard, Policy, or Requirement be presented to the City Council for approval at a Public Meeting following Public Notice and an opportunity for citizen comment, and directing the City Attorney to prepare the necessary Ordinance amendments for Council’s consideration.
