2. Discuss and Consider The Goodman Corporation proposal to manage the Crighton Road lift station gravity main project.

3. Discuss and Consider Reserving a Specific Tract of Land Owned by the City of Conroe for a Future Senior Center.

4. Discuss and Consider a Resolution regarding a proposed Direct Annexation of a parcel of land consisting of multiple tracts, located in the City of Conroe’s ETJ; Direct staff to move forward to gather data, develop service plans, offer Development Agreements on any qualified properties, set and hold Pubfic Hearings, and to take any other action that may be necessary to prepare for the final annexation, for the proposed parcel of land. The Direct Annexation parcel is briefly described as: 2026-01, The Woodlands Hills a single-family residential fiact, the First Methodist Church tract and the Conroe Fire Station tract.

5. Discuss and Consider a Resolution consenting to the annexation of 175.942 acres of land, more or less, into the boundaries of the Municipal Utility District No. 128B.

6. Discuss and Consider approval of contact for Fire Station No. 5 structural repairs.

7. Discuss and Consider approval of bid award for new SCBA fill station & compressor for Fire Station No. 8.

8. Discuss and Consider approval of a 3-year- contract renewal and Purchase Order release with Mobile Communications America.

9. Discuss and Consider approval to accept a grant and issue a PO through Freeit for InfoBlox.

10. Discuss and Consider February 2026 Monthly Financial Summary Report.
