1. Administrative Update.
Recess Open Meeting in order to conduct Closed Executive Session for consultation with attorney to receive legal advice concerning the following threatened, contemplated or pending claims and litigation, and to deliberate other matters as authorized by Texas Government Code Chapter 551 relating to:

2. Discuss and Consider action on the request for Survey Access Form for the Southwest Wastewater Treatment Plant property from Mustang Express Pipeline, LLC.
3. Discuss and Consider the amended over $50,000 vendor list through the Purchasing Department.
4. Discuss and Consider CenterPoint Energy gas main line and meter installation for Water Plant No. 32.
5. Discuss and Consider an amendment to Chapter 10, Article I, Section 10-1 Definitions of the City of Conroe Code of Ordinances and will permit the Trap Neuter Release Program within the city limits of Conroe.
6. Discuss and Consider the purchase of an adoption trailer for the Conroe Animal Shelter using donated funds.
7. Discuss and Consider approval of Fire Station 1 concrete driveway and rear apron replacement.
8. Discuss and Consider a Resolution consenting to the annexation of 28.81 acres of land, more or less, into the boundaries of the Municipal Utility District No. 132.
9. Discuss and Consider approval of a 2026 Purchase Order for Transit Planning Services.
10. Discuss and provide direction on the future of the Kiwanis Christmas Parade.
11. Discuss and Consider the FY26 Purchase Order for the Amended and Restated Reimbursement Agreement, Property Tax Rebate, for Conroe Municipal Management District #1 for $1,500,000.00.
12. Discuss and Consider the adoption of an Ordinance suspending the CenterPoint Energy Texas rate increase in accordance with the Gas Reliability Infrastructure Program, such suspension as permitted by the Texas Utility Code.
14. Consider accepting the resignation of Michael T. Garner, City Attorney, as discussed in Executive Session.
15. Consider accepting the retirement of Norman McGuire, Assistant City Administrator & Director of Public Works effective March 27, 2026, as discussed in Executive Session.
16. Consider and take possible action ending the Executive Employment Contracts for Gary A. Scott, Nancy S. Mikeska, Norm McGuire, & Andre Houser, and possible approval of contractual payments, as discussed in Executive Session.
17. Consider and take possible action approving a Letter of Intent for the Purchase of the MSEC Water and MSEC Wastewater Assets, as discussed in Executive Session.
