3. Discuss and Consider presentation on Stormwater Utility Fees.

4. Discuss and Consider professional services for survey for Remote Well No. 18.

5. Discuss and Consider Resolution for designating authorized signatories for the Texas Division of Emergency Management (TDEM) sub-grant for the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP)4705, Severe Winter Storm Mara FEMA Project 0034 and awarding grant administration to Grant Works, Inc.

6. Discuss and Consider the approval of a Resolution establishing the Trap-Neuter-Release feral feline program in the City of Conroe.

7. Discuss and Consider a Petition consenting to the annexation of 4.860 acres of land, more or less, into the boundaries of the Stanley Lakes Municipal Utility District; and to be included into the Strategic Partnership Agreement between the City and the District.

9. Discuss and Consider reducing the City of Conroe's San Jacinto River Authority (SJRA) Pass-through Fee from $3.12 to $3.05 per 1,000 Gallons.
