Discuss and Consider accepting Willis Independent School District's non-suit and dismissal of all litigation pertaining to water, sewer, infrastructure and tree compliance for the Calfee Property, MP Clark Proerty, and the 9th Grade Property, and authorizing the dismissal of the City of Conroe's pending appeal to said litigation.
3. Discuss and Consider a Utility Function, Cost Sharing, and Infrastructure Agreement with regard to the Calfee Property, 9th Grade Property and MP Clark Property to provide for water, sewer, road infrastructure, and tree ordinance compliance.
4. Discuss and Consider Ordering a General Election for Municipal Officers to be conducted on May 2, 2026
5. Conduct a Public Hearing for a proposed 160-ft. mono-pine camouflage telecommunications tower to be located at 848 Sgt. Ed Holcomb Blvd., including the receipt of public comments on any properly filed protests or appeals and consideration of the applicant's request for a waiver from the Telecommunications Tower Ordinance Residential Area requirements.
6. Discuss and Consider approval of a 160 ft. mono-pine camouflage tower with the proposed address of 848 Sgt. Ed Holcomb Blvd.
7. Utility District Payments to UD#3 Pursuant to Agreement under Section 4.02 (Debt Service Agreement) and Section 5.02 (Drainage Rebate).
8. Utility District Payments to UD#4 Pursuant to Agreement under Section 4.02 (Debt Service Agreement) and Section 5.02 (Drainage Rebate).
Recess Open Meeting in order to conduct Closed Executive Session for consultation with attorney to receive legal advice concerning the following threatened, contemplated or pending claims and litigation, and to deliberate other matters as authorized by Texas Government Code Chapter 551 relating to: 9. *Private consultation with the City Attorney to seek advice concerning pending or contemplated litigation.
