1. Consider appeals and waivers to denials of an exemption from the City of Conroe's temporary Workshop moratorium on development.

2. Consider a Petition consenting to the annexation of 55.55 acres of land, more or less, into the Workshop boundaries of the East Montgomery County Utility District No. 3.

3. Consider a Resolution supporting special legislation for the creation of Montgomery County Workshop Municipal District (MUD) No. 263, an In-City MUD, and authorize the Mayor to sign support letter.

4. Consider a resolution City of Conroe's casting 170 votes for Montgomery Central Appraisal Workshop District's Board of Directors.

5. Consider the consolidation of the work session agenda with the action agenda, to be held on Workshop one day, twice a month, on the second and fourth Thursdays of the month.
