3. Discuss a Resolution regarding proposed Direct Annexation Tracts, which are in the City of Conroea€™s ETJ; Direct staff to move forward to gather data, develop service agreements, offer Development Agreements on any qualified properties, set and hold Public Hearings, and to take any other action that may be necessary to prepare for the final annexation, for the proposed parcels of land. The Direct Annexation parcels are briefly described as: 2024-01, Willis ISD Middle School, Longmire Way; 2024-02 Fuel Max FM 830; 2024-03 Sapp Rd; 2024-04 Conroe ISD School FM 1314; 2024-05 Walden Rd. N. Mikeska
