3. Consider an Ordinance amending Sec. 2-221 of the Code of Ordinances regarding duties of the City Secretary.
4. Accept the retirement of the Fire Chief, and possible approval of a contractual payment. Councilmembers Shana Arthur and David Hairel
5. Consider the appointment of Interim Fire Chief.
6. Accept the retirement of the Chief of Police, and possible approval of a contractual payment. Councilmembers Shana Arthur David Hairel
7. Consider the appointment of Interim Chief of Police.
8. Accept the resignation of the Director of Conroe Industrial Corporation/Executive Director of Conroe Economic Development Council, and possible approval of a contractual payment. Council members Shana Arthur and David Hairel

10. Consider setting Public Hearing for the FY 2024-2025 Operating Budget.
