1. Consider a Resolution adopting the CDBG 2024 Annual Action Plan and authorizing the Mayor to sign all documents for transmittal to the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and for the acceptance and implementation of the grant.
2. Consider an Ordinance consenting to a Petition for the creation of Montgomery County Municipal Utility District No. 225.
3. Consider a Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute two easements granting Blackfin Pipeline a permanent easement and then a temporary workspace easement across two separate City of Conroe owned properties.
