DECLARE CONFLICTS OF INTEREST

CONVENE MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF CONROE, TEXAS AND THE CONROE LOCAL GOVERNMENT CORPORATION (CLGC).

1. Consider Vendor: DPR Construction.

2. Consider Vendor Garfield Public Private

ADJOURN CLGC MEETING, RESUME CITY COUNCIL MEETING

3. In the Interest of Public Safely, Discuss and Re-Consider approval of Conroe CIP budgeted guaranteed maximum price (GMP) for construction of Fire Station #8 located at 676 S. FM 3083 Conroe TX 77301.

4. Discuss and Considerfinding new Interim City Attorney immediately.

5. In the Interest of Transparency, Discuss and Consider waiving attorney client privilege, if any, and release ALL Open Records Requests of all communications of Council Members and City Staff related to the Candidate Ballot application issue, and the decision to sue City Secretary Soco Gorjon without an Open Meeting.

6. Discuss and Consider City Secretary Soco Gorjpn's Demand letter to the City concerning EEOC possibilities and potential lawsuitwith a deadline of April 18,2024.

7. Discuss the District Court findings and concerns pertaining to the City of Conroe and the separation of to the official duties of various positions.

8. Consider approving an Ordinance consenting to a Petition for the creation of Montgomery County Municipal Utility District No. 249.

9. Consider a Petition consenting to the annexation of 86.174 acres of land, more or less, into the boundaries of Municipal Utility District No. 142.

10. Consider the Longmire Creek Estates Phase 2 (FINAL) payment to Signorelli Holdings (SIG-LONGMIRE, LLC)of$1,492,865.05.
