5. Discuss a Resolution amending Chapter 4, Benefits, of the Employee Handbook.
6. Discuss bids for engineered wood fiber for city playgrounds.
7. Discuss a variance request to allow an increase in the maximum allowable apartment density for Conroe Waterfront Multifamily.
