7. Consider a Resolution consenting to the annexation of 63.36 acres of land, more or less, into the Workshop boundaries of the Montgomery County Municipal Utility District No. 158.
8. Consider an Ordinance consenting to a Petition for the creation of Montgomery County Municipal Workshop Utility District No. 220.
9. Conduct the 2nd and final Public Hearing regarding Strategic Partnership Agreements between the City of Conroe and Montgomery County Municipal Utility District No. 99, and Montgomery County Municipal Utility District No. 209. Pursuant to each of the proposed Strategic Partnership Agreements, the individual Districts agree to full purpose annexation of the District's territory by the City following an agreed period for development in the extraterritorial jurisdiction (ETJ) of the City without further vote or action by the District.
10. Consider a Strategic Partnership Agreement between the City of Conroe and Montgomery County Municipal Utility District No. 99. Pursuant to each of the proposed Strategic Partnership Agreement, the Districts agrees to full purpose annexation of the District's territory by the City following an agreed period for development in the extraterritorial jurisdiction (ETJ) of the City without further vote or action by the District.
11. Consider a Strategic Partnership Agreement between the City of Conroe and Montgomery County Municipal Utility District No. 209. Pursuant to the proposed Strategic Partnership Agreements, the District agrees to full purpose annexation of the District's territory by the City following an agreed period for development in the extraterritorial jurisdiction (ETJ) of the City without further vote or action by the District
12. Consider the sale of certain City owned property and authorize the Mayor to sign any necessary Executive Session documents to facilitate the sale.
13. Consider bid award for Fuel Island Pump and Tank Replacement.
14. November 2022 Monthly Financial Summary Report
15. Discuss and consider an Ordinance approving the appointment of a City Administrator effective Executive Session immediately; assigning duties; authorizing an employment contract; providing for compensation and other benefits of employment.
