Recess Open Meeting in order to conduct a Public Hearing for a Resolution authorizing a Professional Service Contract with McKool Smith, P.C., Ashcroft Sutton Reyes, LLC, and Korein Tillery, LLC for legal services to represent the City of Conroe in a lawsuit against Netflix Inc., Hulu, LLC and Disney DTC LLC pertaining to franchise fees due, and contingent upon an approval of the fee contract by the Office of the Attorney General, pursuant to Texas Government Code Sec. 2254, Subchapter C.
