CITIZEN INQUIRIES – NOT TO EXCEED 30 MINUTES

Z. Recess Open Meeting in order to conduct Closed Executive Session for consultation with attorney to receive legal advice concerning the following threatened, contemplated or pending claims and litigation, and to deliberate other matters as authorized by Texas Government Code Chapter 551, Sections 551.071, 551.072, 551.074, and 551.087 relating to:

1. Executive Session Discuss and consider possible action pertaining to the employment of the City Administrator of the City of Conroe; and possible approval of contractual payment.

2. Executive Session Discuss and consider possible action pertaining to the employment of the CFO/Assistant City Administrator/Director of Finance of the City of Conroe; and possible approval of contractual payment.

4. Executive Session Discuss and consider an Ordinance approving the Interim Appointment of an Interim Appointment of an Interim Director of Finance effective immediately; authorizing an employment contract; providing for compensation and other benefits of employment.

5. Convene Meeting of the City Council of Conroe, Texas, and the Conroe Local Government Corporation (CLGC).

6. Workshop /Public Hearing Consider release of an Access Easement in the proposed Montgomery Oaks Sections 3 & 4 Subdivisions.

7. Workshop /Public Hearing Consider release of a Sanitary Sewer Easement in the proposed Montgomery Oaks Sections 3 & 4 Subdivisions.

8. Workshop /Public Hearing Consider requested release of four 20-foot-wide Utility Easements in the Teaswood Section 2 Subdivision.

9. Workshop Consider awarding the construction contract for Stewart’s Creek – Ed Kharbat Drive to Avenue M.

10. Workshop Consider awarding the Construction Project Management Support Services Contract with AGCM.

11. Workshop Consider awarding the contract for Terracon to perform construction material testing.

12. Workshop Consider an Ordinance consenting to a Petition for the creation of Montgomery County Utility District No. 202.

13. Workshop Consider a Resolution consenting to the annexation of 25.60 acres of land, more or less, into the boundaries of the Montgomery County Municipal Utility District No. 148.

14. Workshop Consider a Resolution consenting to the annexation of approximately 209 acres of land, more or less, into the boundaries of the Municipal Utility District No. 173.

15. Workshop Consider a Resolution consenting to the annexation of 63.13 acres of land, more or less, into the boundaries of the Montgomery County Municipal Utility District No. 99.

16. Workshop Consider awarding the Sewer Rehab Project for Silverdale Area to Vortex Services, LLC.

17. Consider certification pay program expansion.

18. Consider the submission of the 2022 No-New-Revenue and Voter-Approval Tax Rates.

19. Consider a tax rate of $0.4375 and set a public hearing on the FY 2022-23 tax rate.
