C. Discuss Waterline Rehab – Tanglewood Phase 2A Project.
D. Discuss Developer Agreement request for payment no. 2 (MUD 149 – Chapel Run).
E. Discuss to amend the provisions of Chapter 90 Signs; Article I of the City of Conroe Code of Ordinances regarding Signs (billboards).
F. Discuss a proposed digital billboard conversion.
G. Recess Open Meeting in order to conduct the 1st of two Public Hearings regarding individual and separate Strategic Partnership Agreements between the City of Conroe and Municipal Utility District No. 56; Municipal Utility District No. 162; Municipal Utility District No. 163; Municipal Utility District No. 191; and East Montgomery County Municipal Utility District No. 12. Pursuant to each of the proposed Strategic Partnership Agreement, the individual Districts agree to full purpose annexation of the District’s territory by the City following an agreed period for development without further District vote, in the extraterritorial jurisdiction (ETJ) of the City.
