A Resolution approving a contract for the purchase of 0.414 acres of land at 202 North Frazier Street, in Conroe, Texas authorizing the Mayor to execute the contract; authorizing the Mayor to complete the purchase in accordance with the contract terms and to execute and deliver all documents and payments necessary to complete the purchase transaction in accordance with the terms of the contract.
