A. Discuss payment to ESD #2 as a result of City annexations, Ordinance Nos. 1605-02,1572-01, and 1414-97.

B. Discuss a Resolution adopting the CDBG 2022 Annual Action Plan and authorizing the Mayor to sign all documents for transmittal to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and for the acceptance and implementation of the grant.

C. Discuss a Second Amendment to the Utility Functions and Services Allocation Agreement between the City of Conroe, Texas and Conroe Municipal Utility District No. 92.

D. Discuss a Second Amendment to the Utility Functions and Services Allocation Agreement between the City of Conroe, Texas and Conroe Municipal Utility District No. 1.

E. Discuss a request for City water and sewer service for an out of City 5.237 development located on State Highway 242, east of IH-45

F. Discuss Air Handling Controls Automation for the Westside Recreation Center.

G. Discuss the replacement of the HVAC unit and duct work for the women’s locker room and adding service access to the breezeway at the Conroe Aquatic Center.

H. Discuss the purchase of refresh of City Hall storage funded through the IT Technology Refresh Fund.

I. Discuss Bid award for Recycling Services for Old Water Meters/Registers.

J. Discuss request from Fleet Services for the approval of an Inter-local Agreement with the City of Stagecoach.

K. Discuss contract for Financial Advisory Services.

L.
