CITIZEN INQUIRIES – NOT TO EXCEED 30 MINUTES

1. Recess Open Meeting in order to conduct a Public Hearing to amend Section 14-35 and Sec. 94-252 of the City of Conroe Code of Ordinances related to minimum lot size in subdivisions.

2. Consider amending Sec. 14-35 and Sec. 94-252 of the City of Conroe Code of Ordinances related to minimum lot size in subdivisions.

3. Recess Open Meeting in order to conduct a Public Hearing regarding Chapter 102, Vegetation, of the City Code of Ordinances, to return the Ordinance to the language prior to December 13, 2018.

4. Discuss and consider approving changes to Chapter 102, Vegetation, of the City Code of Ordinances, to return the Ordinance to the language prior to December 13, 2018.

5. April 2022 Monthly Financial Summary Report.

6. Consider a Resolution authorizing (1) the lease of a 0.2766 acre of unimproved land situated in the Denward James Survey, Abstract No. 289, Montgomery County, Texas (located near or at 1 Freedom Boulevard, Conroe, Texas) to the Montgomery County Veteran Memorial Commission subject to restrictive covenants, a right to revert, and execution of all necessary documents, pursuant to Section 253.011 of the Texas Local Government Code and (2) the execution of a lease agreement to ensure that the property is used in a manner that primarily promotes a public purpose of the City of Conroe.

7. Consider a Resolution accepting a proposal for the development of surplus City owned property for use to provide foster care, youth housing and service, education and other services to aid and reduce the burdens of those young adults ageing out of the foster care system; and, authorizing the Mayor to execute and deliver a special warranty deed conveying 3.216 acres of land to Angel Reach, Inc. a nonprofit corporation
