CITIZEN INQUIRIES – NOT TO EXCEED 30 MINUTES
1. Convene Joint Special Meeting of the Conroe Industrial Development Corporation (CIDC).
2. Convene a Joint Meeting of the City Council of Conroe, Texas and the Conroe Local Government Corporation (CLGC).
3. Consider a Resolution approving Supplemental Funding Agreement for Conroe Hotel and Convention Center Project by and between the City of Conroe and the Conroe Industrial Development Corporation, and approving certain other matters relating thereto.
4. Consider second amendment to the City’s Operating Budget for FY 21-22.
5. Consider Reimbursement Resolution for Water and Sewer Projects included in the Capital Improvement Program.
6. Consider a Resolution consenting to the annexation of 50.80 acres of land, more or less, into the boundaries of the Montgomery County Municipal Utility District No. 132.
7. Consider a Resolution consenting to the annexation of 168.343 acres of land, more or less, into the boundaries of the East Montgomery County Municipal Utility District No. 3.
8. Consider a Resolution consenting to the annexation of 2 acres of land, more or less, into the boundaries of the Municipal Utility District No. 178.
9. Consider changes to the Code of Ordinances Chapter 58-92 – Duty to Keep Sidewalk, Parkway, and Alleyway Clean.
10. Consider approving changes to Chapter 102, Vegetation, of the City Code of Ordinances, to return the Ordinance to the language prior to December 13, 2018.
11. Consider amending Sec. 14-35 and Sec. 94-252 of the City of Conroe Code of Ordinances related to minimum lot size in subdivisions.
