1. Consider Municipal Service Agreement for Annexation Parcel 2022-01, which includes the area known as Campbell/DR Horton, a part of Municipal Utility District No. 202.
2. Consider an Ordinance for the Annexation of Parcel 2022-01, which includes the area known as the Campbell/DR Horton tract, as presented in Public Hearings held on March 23, 2022 and April 27, 2022, to be effective April 28, 2022 at 11:59 p.m.
3. Consider a Resolution consenting to the annexation of 11.75 acres of land, more or less, into the boundaries of the East Montgomery County Municipal Utility District No. 12.
4. Consider the Engineering Services Proposal from CP&Y for Water Well Treatment Plant No. 29 in the Seven Coves area.
5. Third amendment to the City’s Capital Improvement Program Budget for FY 21-22.

7. Considering an Ordinance adopting a new homestead exemption applicable to property in the City of Conroe, Texas for 2022 and subsequent tax years.
