P. Discussing an Ordinance adopting a new homestead exemption applicable to property in the City of Conroe, Texas for 2022 and subsequent tax years.
A. Recess Open Meeting in order to conduct a Public Hearing for a 2022 Direct Annexation Parcel of Land known as: Parcel 2022-01, Campbell/DR Horton, approximately 1,095 acres; located north and south of FM 1484, east of Wally Wilkerson, near the airport area.
B. Discuss the Municipal Service Agreement for Annexation Parcel 2022-01, which includes the area known as Campbell/DR Horton, a part of Municipal Utility District No. 202.
C. Discuss an Ordinance for the Annexation of Parcel 2022-01, which includes the area known as the Campbell/DR Horton tract, as presented in Public Hearings held on March 23, 2022 and April 27, 2022, to be effective April 28, 2022 at 11:59 p.m.
D. Discuss changes to the Code of Ordinances Chapter 58-92 – Duty to Keep Sidewalk, Parkway, and Alleyway Clean.
E. Discuss a Resolution consenting to the annexation of 11.75 acres of land, more or less, into the boundaries of the East Montgomery County Municipal Utility District No. 12.
F. Progress update for Tree Ordinance Chapter 102 Vegetation Article I.
G. Discuss the Engineering Services Proposal from Halff Associates for the Silverdale Creek – Sanitary Sewer Replacement.
H. Discuss the Engineering Services Proposal from Bleyl Engineering for the Forest Creek Lift Station and Force Main Project.
I. Discuss the Engineering Services Proposal from CP&Y for Water Well Treatment Plant No. 29 in the Seven Coves area.
J. Discuss submittal of Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (FEMA-DR-4485) Application.
K. Discuss requested release of a 10-ft-wide Temporary Construction Easement in the proposed Hidden Creek Preserve Section 2 Subdivision.
