I. Recess Open Meeting in order to conduct a Public Hearing for the approval of amendments to the provisions of Article I and Article VII, Chapter 94, of the City of Conroe Code of Ordinance regarding residential redevelopment of a golf course tract.

A. Discuss a Resolution appointing a member to the Conroe Main Street Advisory Board to fill a vacated unexpired term.

B. Discuss a Resolution consenting to the annexation of 50.80 acres of land, more or less, into the boundaries of the Montgomery County Municipal Utility District No. 132.

C. Discuss the purchase of a Eutek TeaCup System for the Wastewater Treatment Plant.

D. CIP Update.

E. Discuss the Professional Consulting Engineering Services List.

F. Discuss SH 105 Waterline Extension Project Bids.

G. Discuss purchasing a Pre-Fabricated Lift Station Package from Hahn Equipment.

J. Discuss Change Order Request - Christensen Building Group for the addition of awnings and doors.

K. Internal Audit Update.

L. Discuss Changer Order request to increase Montgomery County Utility District #3 Purchase Order to pay original UD#3 Agreement, Appendix C, Payments, under Section 4.02.

M. Discuss Fiscal Year 2021-2022 Operating Budget mid-year review.
