E. Recess Open Meeting in order to conduct a Public Hearing for a 2022 Direct Annexation Parcel of Land known as: Parcel 2022-01, Campbell/DR Horton approximately 1,095 acres; located north and south of FM 1484, east of Wally Wilkerson, near the airport area.
F. Discuss a Resolution consenting to the annexation of 180.584 acres of land, more or less, into the boundaries of the Southeast Regional Management District F/K/A Harris-Montgomery Counties Management District
G. Discuss a request to change the street name of “Nocturne Ridge” to “Nocturne Ridge Drive” in The Woodlands Hills Section 13 Subdivision.

K. Discuss purchase of four (4) vehicles for the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Complementary Paratransit Service.
L. Discuss Engineering Services Proposal from LJA Engineering for the Street Rehabilitation – Rivershire Area Project.
M. Discuss Sidewalk Improvements – E. Davis/E. Phillips (SH 105) Project Bids.
N. Discuss approval of a Utility Extension Agreement between the City and the Deming Family Partnership to provide City sewer service to 3900 and 3950 FM 1488.
O. Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR) and Single Audit (Compliance Report) for FYE 9- 30-2021.
P. Discuss action to adopt an Ordinance suspending the proposed rate increase by CenterPoint Energy.
Q.
