A. Legislative Update by Texas State Representative Will Metcalf.
B. Discuss vans for the Oscar Johnson, Jr. Community Center.
C. Discuss Ordinance to set the City’s contribution rate for the Fire Fighter Pension Fund to 16.25%.
D. Discuss adding a school zone for Founders Classical Academy of Conroe.
E. Discuss purchase of radio equipment for new vehicles and personnel – Fire Department FEMA High Water Vehicle Rescue Program Grant.
F. Discuss contract agreement with Flock Safety for 22 additional license plate readers.
G. Discuss purchase of replacement security servers and additional video storage for Knight Security Surveillance System at the Police Department.
H. Recess Open Meeting in order to conduct Closed Executive Session for consultation with attorney to receive legal advice concerning the following threatened, contemplated or pending claims and litigation, and to deliberate other matters as authorized by Texas Government Code Chapter 551, Sections 551.071 and 551.072 relating to: • SJRA GRP Contract Litigation (Sec. 551.071) • QUADVEST, LP, et al vs. SJRA vs. CITY OF CONROE, et al (Sec. 551.071) • Deliberation concerning the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property (Sec. 551.072) Reconvene Open Meeting
