1. Consider a Resolution authorizing exchange of real estate property with DI Ventures No. 1, LTD.
2. Consider a Resolution consenting to the annexation of 0.969 acres of land, more or less, into the boundaries of the Montgomery County Municipal Utility District No. 95.
3. Consider a Resolution consenting to the annexation of 45.738 acres of land, more or less, into the boundaries of the Montgomery County Municipal Utility District No. 149.
4. Consider approval of an Ordinance providing for the issuance of City of Conroe, Texas Certificates of Obligation, Series 2022A; Levying a Tax and Pledging a Limited and Subordinate Lien of Surplus Water and Sewer System Net Revenues in payment thereof in accordance with specified parameters; Approving an Official Statement; Approving execution of a purchase contract; and enacting other provisions relating thereto.
