26. Discuss and consider a Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Conroe and the Montgomery County Veterans Memorial Commission to facilitate and manage the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and scheduling of operations of the Montgomery County Veterans Park.
1. Consideration and adoption of a Resolution of the City Council authorizing participation in the National Opioid Settlement Agreements Secured by the Office of the Attorney General as a “Non-Litigating Subdivision”; and authorizing the Mayor to execute certain settlement participation documents.
2. Discuss and consider a Resolution expressing support for a proposed senior living affordable housing project to be located at 301 S. 1st Street.

19. First amendment to the City’s Capital Improvement Program Budget for FY 21-22.
20. Consideration and approval of a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Conroe, Texas, declaring its intention to reimburse certain expenditures with borrowing proceeds.
21. Consideration and approval of an Ordinance providing the Issuance of City of Conroe, Texas, Certificates of Obligation, Series 2021B; Levying a tax and pledging a limited and subordinate lien of surplus water and sewer system net revenues in payment thereof in accordance with specified parameters; Approving an Official Statement; Approving execution of a Purchase Contract; and enacting other provisions relating thereto.
22. Consideration and approval of an Ordinance providing the Issuance of City of Conroe, Texas Certificates of Obligation, Series 2021C; Levying a tax and pledging a limited and subordinate lien of surplus water and sewer system net revenues in payment thereof in accordance with specified parameters; Approving an Official Statement; Approving execution of a Purchase Contract; and enacting other provisions relating thereto.
23. Consideration and approval of a Resolution authorizing publication of Notice of Intention to Issue Certificates of Obligation, Series 2022A, for the design, acquisition, construction and improvement of certain public works, and authorizing certain other matters relating thereto.
24. Convene Meeting of the City Council of Conroe, Texas, and the Conroe Local Government Corporation (CLGC). MEETING AGENDA 1. Second amendment to the Initial Guaranteed Maximum Price from DPR Construction for the Conroe Hotel and Convention Center and amend the project budget to reallocate funding among various line items. 2. 25. Discuss and consider request approval for the panel recommended distribution of the 2021-2022 Arts & Culture Grants utilizing previously approved General Funds.
27. Consideration and adoption of a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Conroe, Texas, determining that a fee simple containing approximately .1033 acres of land is needed to be acquired from Carmen Bravo, for the construction, operation, and maintenance of a public street as a part of the West Dallas Realignment Project for the City of Conroe, Texas; and authorizing the institution of Eminent Domain proceedings.
