1. Consider a Resolution adopting the City of Conroe 2040 Comprehensive Plan, authorizing the Community Development Department to make periodic updates and amendments, as necessary and authorizing publication.
2. Consider an Ordinance consenting to a Petition for the creation of Montgomery County MUD 207.
3. Consider request for City Speed Zone Ordinance per TxDOT on FM 1314.
4. Consider an amendment to the provisions of Article 1, Chapter 94, of the City of Conroe Code of Ordinances regarding Sec. 94-293 – General requirements for right-of-way, pavement and street drainage.
5. Consider the waterline extension Change Order for the new Wastewater Treatment Plant.
6. Consider Change Order for the Lift Station Consolidation – McDade Estates Project.

ADJOURN CLGC JOINT MEETING, RESUME CITY COUNCIL MEETING
11. Approve deed from City of Conroe, Texas and Montgomery County to Bamonte Investments, Inc. for a portion of Lot 6, Block 14 Ayers Addition to the City of Conroe and authorize Mayor Jody Czajkoski to execute the deed on behalf of the City of Conroe. The purpose of the deed is to remove a purported cloud on title to a portion of Lot 6, Blk 14.
