CITIZEN INQUIRIES – NOT TO EXCEED 30 MINUTES

1. Workshop Consider a Resolution regarding proposed Voluntary Direct Annexation Tracts, which are in the City of Conroe’s ETJ; Direct staff to move forward to gather data, develop service agreements, offer Development Agreements on any qualified properties, set and hold Public Hearings, and to take any other action that may be necessary to prepare for the final annexation, for the proposed parcels of land, briefly described as: 2021-01, Clopton Farms, 2021-03 MUD 138; 2021-04 DR Horton/Campbell, and 2021-05 Calfee/Bybee.

2. Workshop Consider a Resolution adopting policies in connection with the City’s participation in Federal funded Community Development Block Grant Projects.

4. Workshop Consider the acceptance of American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) – Coronavirus Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (CLFRF).
