A. Discuss Public Safety Quarantine Leave Policy.
B. Discuss Resolution regarding proposed Voluntary Direct Annexation Tracts, which are in the City of Conroe’s ETJ; Direct staff to move forward to gather data, develop service agreements, offer Development Agreements on any qualified properties, set and hold Public Hearings, and to take any other action that may be necessary to prepare for the final annexation, for the proposed parcels of land, briefly described as: 2021-01, Clopton Farms, 2021-03 MUD 138; 2021-04 DR Horton/Campbell, and 2021-05 Calfee/Bybee.
C. Discuss Resolution adopting policies in connection with the City’s participation in Federal funded Community Development Block Grant Projects.
E. Discuss the acceptance of American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA)–Coronavirus Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (CLFRF).
F. Discuss Change Order for lift station generator.
G. Discuss the proposed Fiscal Year 2021-2022 Operating Budget and Capital Improvement Program Budget.
H. Discuss Montgomery County Emergency Communication District Operating Budget for Fiscal Year 2021.
I. Recess Open Meeting in order to conduct Closed Executive Session for consultation with attorney to receive legal advice concerning the following threatened, contemplated or pending claims and litigation, and to deliberate other matters as authorized by Texas Government Code Chapter 551, Sections 551.071, 551.072, 551.076, and 551.089
