1. Approved a Bid Award for the CDBG Housing Reconstruction Project.

2. Consider approving an Ordinance consenting to a Petition for the creation of Montgomery County Municipal Utility District No. 209.

3. Award the Procurement/Administrative Services consultant contract for the American Rescue Plan (ARP) Act of 2021 – Coronavirus Local Fiscal Recovery Fund (CLFRF).

4. Award the Engineering Services Consultant Contract for the American Rescue Plan (ARP) Act of 2021 – Coronavirus Local Fiscal Recovery Fund (CLFRF).

5. Consider amending the provisions of Article IV, Chapter 18, Code of Ordinances relating to the regulations of Mobile Food Units and establishing Mobile Food Courts.
