K. Discuss a Resolution authorizing Publication of Notice of Intention to issue City of Conroe, Texas, S. Williams Certificates of Obligation, Series 2021A for the design, acquisition, construction and improvement of certain public works, and authorizing certain other matters relating thereto.
L. Discuss a Resolution amending the Downtown Conroe Development Plan to incorporate the previously M. Winberry approved revisions to the District boundary map and to incorporate a vision statement for the Uptown District and make other changes to conform the plan to the revised District boundaries.
M. Discuss creation of Assistant Communications Coordinator. Mayor Czajkoski
N.
