1. Workshop Consider approval of a Resolution supporting a legislative change to the creation of East Montgomery County Municipal Utility District No. 13, an out-of-City MUD, located in the City’s eastern ETJ off SH 242, adding additional Road Powers.

2. Workshop Consider approval of a Resolution consenting to the annexation of 41.0315 acres of land, more or less, into the boundaries of the Montgomery County Municipal Utility District No. 164.

3. Workshop Consider approval of a Resolution supporting the legislative creation of Municipal Utility District No. 206, to be an in-City MUD, located near the Conroe North Houston Regional Airport.

4. Workshop Consider approval of a Resolution supporting the legislative creation of Municipal Utility District No. 207, to be an in-City MUD, located near Loop 336 East and FM 1314.

6. Workshop Consider approval of a Resolution supporting the legislative creation of Municipal Utility District No. 209, to be an out-of-City MUD, located in Conroe’s Extra Territorial Jurisdiction near Bentwater off FM 1097.
