1. Presentation – Images of America….Conroe.

2. Workshop Consider a Resolution regarding proposed Voluntary Direct Annexation Tracts briefly described as 2021-01, Clopton Farms, MUD 147; and 2021-02 Grace Landing, which are in the City of Conroe’s ETJ; Direct staff to move forward to gather data, develop service agreements, offer Development Agreements on any qualified properties, set and hold Public Hearings, and to take any other action that may be necessary to prepare for the final annexation, for the proposed parcels of land

3. Workshop Consider proposed plans to develop 201-205 S. 3rd Street into a unit development subdivision.

7. Workshop Consider a Resolution supporting legislation to authorize Montgomery County Municipal Utility District No. 152 to be divide into two or more districts.

8. Workshop Consider Resolution appointing directors to the board of the Conroe Industrial Development Corporation.

9. Executive Session Consider a Resolution approving a contract for the purchase of 116.74 acres of land at 10245 Owen Drive, in Conroe, Texas, authorizing the Mayor to execute the contract; authorizing the Mayor to complete the purchase in accordance with the contract terms and to execute and deliver all documents and payments necessary to complete the purchase transaction in accordance with the terms of the contract.

10. Executive Session Consider a Resolution requesting the Conroe Industrial Development Corporation to provide funding for the purchase of approximately 116.74 acres of land at 10245 Owen Drive, in Conroe, Texas, to be used for parks and recreational purposes.

11. Executive Session Consider an Ordinance approving the Mayor’s appointment of Gary Scott as City Attorney effective April 30, 2021; authorizing an employment contract; providing for compensation and other benefits of employment.
