2. Consider approval of entering into contract for CIDC to purchase 410 acres of land from MC & GE I., LLC and RMDMG, LTD for $32,800,000.

4. Conduct a Public Hearing for the City's participation in the Texas Enterprise Zone Program and to consider the nomination of Sabre Communications Corporation as a Texas Enterpise Zone Project to the Office of the Governor Economic Development and Tourism.
5. Consider approval of Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Conroe Nominating Sabre Communications Corporation to the office of the Governor, Economic Development and Tourism for the Texas Enterprise Zone Program.
6. Consider a variance to waive the requirement to dedicate right-of-way as shown on the thoroughfare plan for the proposed Davis Plat.
7. Consider a variance request for Grace Landing Development Reduced Lot Sizes.

9. Consider a tax rate of $0.4272 and set a public hearing on the FY 23-24 tax rate.
10. Consider the submission of the 2023 No-New-Revenue and Voter-Approval Tax Rates.
11. Consider FY 23-24 funding of the Arts Grants, Veteran's Memorial Park, and Employee Compensation Plan
12. Consider and accept excess collections for 2022 debt service and certification for debt service collection rate for FY 2023-2024.
13. Consider waiving any attorney client privilege attached to the results and investigative findings dated July 19, 2023; the investigation performed by Julia Gannaway of the Ross, Gannaway, Clifton Law Firm.
